Bee Hive Relocation Workshop

2013-12-15 14.51.59-1Join us for some hands on beekeeping! This class is part of the Natural Beekeeping Certificate program or can be taken alone. It will focus on hive removal and relocation. Bees often set up their homes in unwanted locations and unfortunately, a lot of them are poisoned as a means of removal. Now, you can learn how to safely remove and re-home an established beehive colony and become part of the sustainable solution!
This class will be held in locations throughout the county where we will be removing a beehive and transferring it to a Langstroth hive.  Location will be provided upon signing up

Please note, the Introduction to Beekeeping class is a prerequisite to this one. Please only sign up if you have already attended the Intro to Beekeeping class.
